I like running. I like working out. I like trying to be skinny. Though I might not be as successful in all these areas as I ought to be, I try really hard. Thanks to a recent meniscus injury I have been *attempting* to follow c25k.com's awesome "Couch Potato to 5K" plan for the treadmill. Because I am seriously trying to avoid having another knee-related injury, I have been doing each week two times before moving on to the next week. Call me a whimp, but I haven't gotten injured yet!
